Programs run from 9am-12pm each morning.

Come spend five fabulous mornings discovering the creative writer within. You will work with one or two fantastic teachers who will encourage and inspire you to write as never before. Mornings will be devoted to a variety of genres: nature writing, poetry, fiction, and journaling. There will be group exercises as well as individual guidance during the week. A reading for parents will occur on the final morning.

The Natick Program Staff:

As our school’s artist-in-residence, Andrew Green inspired students and staff to write and enjoy poetry as never before! We have continued the wonderful work he started. Our students are reading, writing and enjoying poetry with new eyes!

Jane Hyman,
Franklin School Principal

Shoshy Starr has a way with children that fosters the perfect classroom environment for creative thought. She has been able to work with our most reluctant writers and help them to see themselves in a new way — as writers and poets capable of producing beautiful language.

Linda Waters,
Director of Special Education,
Franklin Public Schools
